Cancellations must be made 4 hours before your service. Please utilize the my booking page link in your confirmation email. If you are unsure how to cancel please watch our instructional video. When reaching out to us in regards to your appointment you must provide your name and the name of the shop you are enquiring about.
No show fees are the full service price. We ensure a fair working environment for our barbers and utilize no show fees to protect the integrity of our service and the value of our time. Please respect your appointment time as it has a direct impact on your favourite barbers livelihoods.
Failure to show up for an appointment may result in your profile being set to "prepay only"
